return & exchange policy
If at any time you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 business days for a full refund, subject to this policy:
WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT
An exchange or refund will be issued based on the initial purchase. Refunds are based on the purchase price shown on the original receipt. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. *If you no longer have the debit card or gift card with a Visa or Mastercard logo used on the original purchase, the refund will be issued as a merchandise credit. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of any returned merchandise. Please note a restocking fee of 20% will be applied.
If you don’t have a receipt, an exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons that may have applied.
An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for the purchase price on the gift receipt. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the credited amount.
Gift cards (including eGift cards) are not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
For purchases made outside of the us, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the return of said items. Please note a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. Return & Exchange processes may vary depending on your country. Please contact us directly for details.
All purchases must be returned in it original packaging and condition.
Under normal circumstances, delivery estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Sunday-Thursday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.
SomethingNiceee will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address.
Shipping & handling will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling charges will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will not be charged for an item until it is shipped.
Shipping & handling is a taxable service.
Gift Cards will be sent via email. When other items are ordered along with Gift Cards, Gift Cards will be sent along with the other items.. Sales tax and shipping & handling charges will be applied to the value of the other items, not the Gift Cards. Express shipping & handling options are available for Gift Cards shipped within the lower 48 states, excluding PO Boxes, for an additional fee of $8 for Express (2-Day) and $13.50 for Overnight. These charges are in addition to the shipping & handling charges for your merchandise. Please note funds may take up to 48 hours to appear on your Gift Card, even if you ship overnight.
SomethingNiceee will not be held responsible for items internationally shipped using a freight forwarding service as items internationally shipped may result in issues not covered by SomethingNiceee.. If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United States, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We will not provide a replacement or refund for any items or packages delivered to you from a freight forwarder. You should refuse any items or packages that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Any items lost after delivery to you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
